1. Management Trainee Corporate Finance & Accounting

Job Description:

Collect company funds in terms of investment and debt
Manage short-term finances
Analyze potential funds
Regulate the distribution of profits obtained
Make financial reports
Compile necessary data and analyze it against company revenue
Conduct interpretation of financial results

Requirements :

Fresh graduate or maximum 2 years experience in Accounting, Finance, or any related field
Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Economy or other relevant major
Minimum GPA of 3.25
Fluent in English, able to use it in daily conversation and correspondence
Detail-oriented, strong analytical, and problem-solving skills
Familiarity with accounting software is a plus

2. Management Trainee Administration Department Head

Job Description :

Responsible for day-to-day financial administration operations
Building relationships with government, banks, and leasing companies
Monitor accounting and management processes

Requirements:

Fresh graduate or maximum 2 years experience in the field of Finance, Accounting, or any related field
Minimum Bachelor’s degree majoring in Economics, Accounting, Management, or Industrial Engineering
Minimum GPA of 3.25
Good interpersonal and communication skill

3. Management Trainee Service Department Head

Job Description:

Manage and oversee the day-to-day operations of the service department
Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure the efficient and effective functioning of the department
Plan and coordinate service activities, including scheduling, staffing, and quality control
Ensure high customer satisfaction through the delivery of quality services
Evaluate department performance and implement necessary improvements
Foster and maintain positive relationships with customers and internal stakeholders

Requirements:

Fresh graduate or maximum of 2 years of experience in service management or any related field
Minimum Bachelor’s degree in engineering or any related major
Minimum GPA of 3.25
Knowledge of service management software and hardware
Strong leadership and decision-making skills

4. Management Trainee Parts Department Head

Job Description:

Manage and increase sales of spare parts and inventory to achieve targeted results
Ensuring the availability of parts to support customer operational needs
Prepare and maintain parts demand planning including analysis, evaluation, recommendation, maintenance, and improvements to parts inventory levels through various distribution channel

Requirements:

Fresh graduate or a maximum of 2 years experience in engineer or any related field
Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or other relevant major
Minimum GPA of 3.25
Strong teamwork with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Willing to be located throughout Indonesia

5. Internal Audit

Job Description:

Prepare for the annual internal audit by reviewing documents
Determine the frequency of audits, the subject of inspection, and others
Examine and evaluate the efficiency and effectiveness of operations, finance, and accounting
Identify gaps and recommend risk avoidance
Ensure the company’s compliance
Make an audit report

Requirements:

Fresh graduate or maximum 2 years experience in the field of Auditor/Accounting/Corporate Finance/Risk or any related field
Minimum Bachelor’s Degree majoring in Accounting or any related major

6. After Sales Consultant

Job Description:

Maintain strong customer relationships and ensure customer satisfaction
Develop strategies to meet customer targets
Lead the After Sales Service team in implementing both short-term and long-term strategies
Ensure profitability of the after-sales service
Collaborate with the Parts Department

Requirements:

Fresh graduate or maximum 2 years of experience in a sales or any related field

7. General Affair

Job Description:

Able to carry out maintenance and data collection of company assets

Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering

8. Business Consultant Mandarin Speaker (Sales Representative)

Job Description:

Carry out the sales process of heavy equipment machine units
Provide solutions through product offerings for business problems experienced by the company
Assist in fulfilling the administrative needs of customers
Stay updated on market dynamics to identify opportunities for selling company products
Conduct sales mapping to facilitate new market opportunities
Maintain the company’s reputation by consistently providing up-to-date information about products
Maintain good relationships with customers

Requirements:

Fresh graduate or maximum 2 years of experience in the field of Sales consultant, sales engineer, business development or any related field
Minimum bachelor’s degree in any major
Minimum GPA of 3.25

9. Research and Business Development – Mechanical (Mandarin Speaker)

Job Description:

Develop plans for business and development strategies
Provide assistance with implementing suggested plans and strategies
Oversee and examine new strategy progress and development
Educate, lead and supervise members of the business development team to ensure the project’s achievement
Conduct complex analysis in order to find new market opportunities
Investigate existing products and services and compare them with competitors
Provide suggestions, measures, and improve customer satisfaction and loyalty
Handle business deals operations and activities
Oversee the implementation of different contracts
Build, encourage and maintain long-term relationships with key stakeholders
Create and present a detailed report for upper management

Requirements:

Fresh graduate or maximum 5 years of experience in the field of Mechanical Consultant, Mechanical Engineer or any related field
Minimum Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineer or Electrical Engineer
Minimum GPA of 3.25
Deep understanding and experience on handling Electric Vehicles projects
Fluent in English, able to use it in daily conversation and correspondence
Strong teamwork and communication skills, proactive thinking, strong learning, and adaptation abilities
Experience with handling end-to-end business expansion

10. Instructor Operator (Experience)

Job Description:

Conduct training on the operation of heavy equipment provided by United Tractors
Observe the operation of heavy equipment
Create and generate reports based on training and observation outcomes
Develop instructional materials related to heavy equipment operation training

Requirements:

Minimum 5 years experience as Instructor or Trainer in Heavy Equipment Machinery
Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or other relevant major
Minimum GPA of 3.25
Able to speak English is adventageous
Having Training of Trainers (TOT) certifications or training
Skilled in using heavy machinery provided by UT machine, such as an excavator, a bulldozer, and a dump truck
